Responsibility in our company
Responsibility is an essential part of Pakate’s operations. We continuously develop our production to provide responsibly manufactured cabinet frames for kitchens, bathrooms, and custom furniture. We operate as a reliable subcontractor for furniture manufacturers and project applications.
Materials and domestic production
We use low-emission M1/M0.5 class board materials in our production, which are well suited for manufacturing kitchen cabinets, cabinet frames, and fixed furniture. Whenever possible, we utilize domestic and FSC- and PEFC-certified wood-based panels to ensure responsible forest management and full material traceability.
All cabinet frames and furniture components are manufactured in Finland at our own factory, shortening supply chains and supporting local employment. Domestic production also improves delivery reliability for project furniture and serial production.
Our structures are designed for long-term durability. Durable cabinet frames and precise CNC machining extend product lifespan and reduce the need for replacement.
Environmental responsibility
In our production, we efficiently sort and recycle wood waste, packaging materials, and other by-products. Material-efficient manufacturing supports the responsible production of cabinet frames and furniture components.
We invest in energy-efficient manufacturing and optimize energy use in our production facilities. Our goal is to reduce the carbon footprint of domestic furniture manufacturing.
In packaging, we prioritize recyclable materials and minimize the use of plastic. Products are delivered safely either as individual components or packed per cabinet.
Economic responsibility
High-quality manufacturing and durable materials ensure long-lasting cabinet frames and cabinet carcasses, reducing lifecycle costs and material consumption.
We are a reliable subcontractor and contract manufacturer, delivering according to agreed schedules and quality standards. Stable operations support the success of our customers’ projects and long-term partnerships.
